The Baltimore County Retired School Personnel Assn. (Formerly ReTABCO) is
a nonprofit organization of retired education personnel whose purpose is to promote the professional, social and economic
welfare of its members; to promote the involvement and participation of retirees in service to their communities; and to promote
the continuing improvement of education in the Baltimore County Public Schools.

The Baltimore County Retired School Personnel Association is an active member of the Maryland Retired School Personnel
Association and is affiliated with the National Retired Teachers Association and the American Association of Retired Persons.
